Reprogram your core to work functionally from the start. We take a foundational approach to movement to ensure a full postpartum recovery. Addressing any diastasis, core & pelvic floor dysfunction and postural corrections. 

We are here to hold space for you to connect and share with other new parents. Communal care is vital!

What: 60 min. Beginning with time to chat & check in followed by 45 min of smart movement to get your core back online. For new parents ready to move. Join as soon as 2 weeks post vaginal birth and 4 weeks post cesarean birth. *Email for questions and unique circumstances.

How to Join: Register Below! REboot package $180 (for 6 sessions) This series is twice a week for three weeks and taught with progressions each time we meet.

Equip needed: Pillow or yoga block. Babies welcome.
